Carla Barrano, Senior Advisor at Mizzau & Partners, has over fifteen years of experience in project finance, renewable energy and infrastructure investment. A London-based CFA Charterholder, her career has encompassed financial advisory, lending and investment management.
At Neptune Infrastructure Associates, she built and interrogated project finance models for a multi-GW offshore wind portfolio, covering revenue, DSCR-sculpted debt, equity IRRs and asset valuations to support decisions by sponsors, co-investors and lenders. She previously worked at Chatham Financial in modelling and valuation advisory for institutional clients; at NASDAQ as Senior Consultant to international asset managers and pension funds; at Ashmore Group on emerging-market debt and equity strategies; and at JP Morgan Chase in New York. She now works as an independent consultant and contributes to the development of an early-stage infrastructure investment platform.
She holds a BSc and MSc in Engineering Management from Sapienza University of Rome and a postgraduate specialisation in financial engineering from Baruch College, New York. She is a member of CFA Society UK. At Mizzau & Partners, she contributes to the financial structuring of transactions in energy, infrastructure and private capital.
