Giulio Andreotti is Co-Founder & Partner of Mizzau & Partners, a lawyer and jurist working in corporate law, governance and extraordinary transactions. He qualified as a lawyer in November 2012. Alongside professional practice, his private-law research addresses contracts, the legal framework of business and digital technologies.
He graduated with honours in law from Sapienza University of Rome in 2009, with a dissertation in civil law. In December 2016 he completed a doctorate in Contract Law and Business Economics at the same university. His academic background includes private-law research and teaching, as well as work supporting courses in comparative corporate law and Company Law.
At Mizzau & Partners, he contributes a legal and governance perspective to strategic business decisions, alongside the executive and industrial experience of fellow professionals. His research includes the monograph Le metaclausole and contributions on contracts, conflicts of interest, electronic signatures and succession, exploring the relationship between legal rules, responsibilities and business decisions.

His academic background includes contract teaching in Private Law at e-Campus from 2018 and a research appointment in Private Law at the University of Naples Parthenope beginning in January 2022. He completed his doctorate in Contract Law and Business Economics at Sapienza in 2016.
