Marco Mizzau is a senior executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of professional experience in consulting and the leadership of complex organisations. He is Founding Partner of Mizzau & Partners, Chairman of Blacktrace and Founder of PrivateEquity.AI. His experience spans public procurement, private equity and private capital, institutional investment, industrial transformation, healthcare, infrastructure, governance, and AI & Enterprise Value.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Consip, General Manager of Inarcassa and Chief Operating Officer of Campus Bio-Medico. His earlier career covered more than a decade across Ferrovie dello Stato, KPMG, EY and Accenture, working on strategy, organisation, finance and transformation. At Ferrovie, he worked in the Organisation and Development department within the CEO's staff.
Today he advises investors, entrepreneurs, boards and management teams on growth and transformation, with a focus on value creation, governance, capital readiness and industrial development.
