Clotilde Alice Marie Dapei is a lawyer with dual Italian and French nationality and Founding Partner of Studio Legale Dapei, which has offices in Rome, Paris and Beirut. She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2016. She graduated in law with honours from the University of Nanterre and La Sapienza University of Rome.
For more than a decade, she has specialised in Italian citizenship law, particularly iure sanguinis recognition, as well as in criminal law. Under her leadership, the firm, heir to the professional tradition of Avv. Enrico Dapei, has assisted thousands of clients worldwide in obtaining Italian citizenship by descent, marriage or residence. She is included in the list of lawyers recommended by the French Embassy in Rome.
She is a Senior Advisor at Mizzau & Partners, where she oversees citizenship, international mobility and investor-visa matters. Within the firm’s mandates, she supports entrepreneurs, families and international investors on these matters.
