Matteo Nichil is Senior Advisor at Mizzau & Partners, bringing over fifteen years of experience in international private equity.
He was Partner at Nextalia Flexible Capital, a fund focused on the Italian lower mid-market, and Principal at Stirling Square Capital Partners, a pan-European mid-market fund with over three billion euros of assets under management. He has led acquisitions, add-on transactions, disposals of majority and minority stakes and structured financings on the international markets, serving as a board member in portfolio companies. He was previously part of the M&A team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, with a focus on infrastructure and telecommunications.
He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University and an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School in London. At Mizzau & Partners he contributes to private capital transactions and to growth and value-creation strategies.
