Ferruccio Pezzulla is Senior Advisor at Mizzau & Partners. A lawyer who, after working with leading international and Italian law firms specialising in employment law and building a long and significant career in legal practice, joined Studio Legale e Tributario Nomos in July 2022.
He practises in the fields of employment law, social security law and trade union law, advising leading trade unions, trade associations and social security institutions. His experience has been gained in particular in litigation management, in advising on relations between social partners at collective and inter-union level, in workforce management during corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and in business transfers.
He graduated in Law in 2003 from the University of Bari “Aldo Moro” and in July 2005 obtained the Diploma of the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions at the University of Salento. Over the years he has served as subject expert at LUMSA University in Rome and has taught several training courses at the SSPA and the Italian Red Cross. He is the author of several academic publications and articles in professional journals.
