Fabio Bortolotti has over thirty years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking and business transformation across Italy and the United Kingdom. He has worked in listed companies, international groups and private equity-backed businesses, with responsibilities spanning finance and control, investor relations, financing and corporate transactions.

He has held CFO roles at Retelit, Generali Operations Service Platform, RisparmioCasa Holding and MeglioQuesto. At Retelit, he handled investor relations, organic growth and acquisitions, contributing to financing the AAE-1 submarine cable; at Generali, he helped establish the joint venture with Accenture. He served as Transformation Director at CBRE GWS Italy and, since December 2025, has provided non-technical project management through Hitrac Engineering Group for the University of Milan's new campus, focusing on governance, planning, costs and risks. He has been a non-executive director of Nuova Termo Stampi since 2017.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Price Waterhouse, ING Barings and Merrill Lynch and founded OmniPro, an advisory boutique serving multinational companies and funds. He graduated with honours in Business and Economics from the University of Bergamo and holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, including an exchange at NYU Stern. He has been an Italian chartered accountant since 1995 and statutory auditor since 1999.
