Bruno Longhi is a chartered accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and statutory auditor. He graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bergamo and qualified at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He is enrolled in the National Register of Statutory Auditors held by the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance and is the founder of Studio Longhi, a professional firm based in the Lecco area.
He serves as bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner and is qualified as a Crisis Settlement Body (OCC) and expert in negotiated business-crisis settlements. He sits on boards of directors, supervisory boards and management and control committees of Italian SMEs, including companies in multinational groups. He serves on boards of statutory auditors of Italian SMEs and publicly controlled companies as statutory auditor. He has developed expertise in corporate, company and tax advisory, extraordinary capital transactions, insolvency proceedings, corporate crisis management and business reorganisation.
As Senior Advisor to Mizzau & Partners, he contributes technical expertise to engagements integrating legal and accounting profiles with corporate strategy. His contribution concerns the Lombardy region and its institutional and professional networks.
