Bruno Longhi is a chartered accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and statutory auditor. He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Bergamo and qualified at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He is a statutory auditor enrolled in the National Register of Statutory Auditors held by the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
He serves as bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner, and is qualified as a Crisis Settlement Body (OCC) and as an expert in the negotiated settlement of business crises. He sits on the board of directors, the supervisory board and the management and control committee of Italian SMEs, including companies belonging to multinational groups. He is a member of the board of statutory auditors of Italian SMEs and publicly controlled companies, acting as statutory auditor.
Throughout his professional career he has developed significant expertise in corporate, company and tax advisory, as well as in assisting with extraordinary capital transactions. He has built experience in insolvency proceedings and in the management of corporate crises, contributing to business reorganisation processes.
As Senior Advisor to Mizzau & Partners, he brings his technical expertise to engagements that require the integration of legal and accounting profiles with corporate strategy, with particular reference to the Lombardy region and to its institutional and professional networks. He is the founder of Studio Longhi, a professional firm based in the Lecco area.
